Parent-child picnic on November 25 (Saturday)

Basketball court next to school: (Morning Class) Car No. 10 to No. 14; (Afternoon Class) Car No. 22 to No.25

* Due to the large number of participants, different gathering locations need to be allocated. Please arrive on time. We will not wait for latecomers.

If parents have notified the class teacher to go to the "Tai Tong Organic EcoPark" on their own, please wait at the entrance of the Ecopark in advance and wait for Ms. Li from the school office to pick up the admission ticket (you must have the admission ticket to enter). After entering, please go to the group play area to get the gift package from your class teacher.

If you decide to go on your own on the same day, you must obtain the admission ticket from your class teacher. Please wait at the entrance of the Ecopark in advance.

November 24 (Friday) is the birthday party, with the theme: "Special Costumes". Students are free to wear cartoon characters, professional uniforms, costumes in fruits, animals, environmental protection... or wear casual clothes to go back to school to celebrate the birthday party. There isno need to bringschoolbag and homework bag. Please bring cup, plate, towel and towel box to school. Our school will serve with water and sponge cake. Each class will dismiss one hour earlier:

Time: Morning Class—9:00 am to 11:00am; Afternoon Class—1:00pm to 3:00pm

* For students who take the nanny bus, parents please note that the pick-up time for the birthday party is the same as the usual pick-up time, and they will not leave school early; the class teacher will take care of the students during the school stay.

Regarding the "Cambridge Reading Plan", if a student completes reading15or more e-books, our school will apply for a "Certificate of Achievement" for the student, and the fees will be paid by the school.

Due to the time required to apply for a certificate, our school will apply for a certificate for students in the following two periods :

Deadline for applying for a certificate in the first period:2024/1/31(on or before)(Certificate will be distributed in3/2024)

Deadline for applying for a certificate in the second period:2024/5/31(on or before)(Certificate will be distributed in7/2024)

If students complete reading after2024/5/31, they must apply to J.B Creative Limited by themselves. (email:info@jbcreative.hk )The last date to apply for a certificate this year is2024/6/28.
